Every rater is asked to provide written comments at the end of the survey.
Raters are asked to provide "overall" comments as well as more specific comments in a few selected areas. These specific follow up questions give participants targeted qualitative feedback in the areas where they most need it.
"Intelligent" Qualitative Feedback:
The list of follow-up questions is different for every rater, depending on each rater's response patterns as well as the participant's own perceptions, as indicated in the self rating.
